John Killoran
John Killoran holds a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine. He is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC, a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia’s School of Occupational Therapy, a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and the CAOT Mental Health and Substance Use Network. He has focused his career on treating trauma-related conditions including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), acute stress disorder and adjustment disorder. He also has experience treating other mental health related conditions including mood disorders, substance-use disorders and chronic pain. John has completed additional professional development courses in prolonged exposure through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, acceptance and commitment therapy for trauma, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based intervention, relaxation skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). In previous years, John has worked as an OT Clinical Advisor in the WorkSafeBC Mental Health Claims Unit and helped to establish the role of Occupational Therapists in mental health within WorkSafeBC. He has also worked within a multidisciplinary PTSD treatment program and the mental health program at OrionHealth to provide treatment for individuals with work-related mental health conditions. John strongly believes in evidence based, individualized treatment which assists clients to restore their function and lives. In his time away from work, he enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.

Dave Hall
Dave holds a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Medicine. He is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). Following graduation from UBC in 2015, Dave started his career working in multidisciplinary Occupational Rehabilitation and Pain Management Programs before progressing to community based contracting where he slowly transitioned from assisting individuals with primarily physical injuries to finding his niche treating trauma related conditions including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dave has taken extra career development training in Prolonged Exposure Training, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and spent time working for the Cowichan Tribes First Nation on Vancouver Island. Dave strongly believes that an individuals participation and approach to activity is foundational to that individuals wellbeing. In his free time Dave enjoys recreational sports, spending time in the wilderness and visiting his family in the Yukon Territory which is the home of his band the Teslin Tlingit First Nation.

Saara Bhanji (She/They)
Saara Bhanji is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. She lives, works, and plays on the unceded, traditional, and ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish peoples and is grateful for access to these sacred lands. Since 2016, Saara has worked in diverse settings including acute psychiatry, community-based mental health, as well as youth and adult substance use outreach with Vancouver Coastal Health. Saara is on clinical faculty with the UBC Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy (OSOT) and regularly supports student learning as a fieldwork preceptor and Small Group Tutorial Facilitator. Saara has strengthened her occupational therapy practice by pursuing additional training in chronic pain management, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Motivational Interviewing, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Saara is passionate about trauma-informed practice and Indigenous equity, justice, and reconciliation within healthcare. An animal enthusiast and advocate, Saara spends her free time raising rescue cats and experiencing all the natural beauty that BC has to offer.

Yeily Lee
Yeily Lee is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. She is a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist who values helping her clients engage in meaningful occupations to improve their overall well-being. With a master's degree in occupational therapy from Dalhousie University, Yeily's professional journey began in the community, where she worked with clients facing a diverse range of needs, including chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, hospital discharges, and mental health challenges. As she immersed herself in her work, Yeily discovered a deep interest and affinity for supporting individuals dealing with mental health issues. Motivated to make a significant impact in this area, she decided to specialize in mental health care. Through her commitment to ongoing professional development, Yeily has honed her skills and expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including prolonged exposure therapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Outside of her professional life, Yeily finds joy in exploring different restaurants, savoring new culinary experiences. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. An avid dog lover, Yeily can often be found admiring and watching dogs at parks, finding comfort in the simple joys of life.

Kimberley Lennox
Kimberley Lennox is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. After completing her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta, Kimberley began working at CBI Health Group providing treatment to individuals struggling with work-related posttraumatic psychological injuries, as well as providing assessment and treatment to individuals dealing with work-related chronic pain. She also had the opportunity to work within the medication management program helping individuals maximize their functioning while tapering off opioids. She has completed ongoing education in trauma informed practices, prolonged exposure therapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and chronic pain management. Kimberley strongly believes in individualized, strength-based, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment in order to enable individuals to participate in the everyday occupations of life. Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys travelling, trying out different restaurants, spending time in the great outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jodie Mackoff
Jodie Mackoff is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Along with completing her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia, Jodie has received continuing education in gradual and prolonged exposure therapy, mindfulness and anxiety interventions, and motivational interviewing (MI). Jodie started her career as an Occupational Therapist working at OTWorks! where she provided assessment, intervention, and treatment to individuals with concussion and chronic pain injuries resultant from motor vehicle and work-related accidents. Prior to pursuing a career in occupational therapy, Jodie worked as the program director of West Coast Human Services, a community-inclusion program serving adults with developmental disabilities and autism. It was in this role that Jodie developed a passion for facilitating an individual’s ability to meaningfully engage in their community and everyday life through assessment, collaboration, and intervention. Jodie continues to apply a collaborative and person-centered approach in her work as an occupational therapist with the West Coast Resiliency Center.

Jennifer Siwoski
Jennifer Siwoski is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC, a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and the CAOT-BC Mental Health and Substance Use Practice Network. After completing her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia, Jennifer began her work in the community providing services for clients with a variety of needs, including chronic pain, mental health, cognitive concerns, and wheelchair seating, predominantly for clients following motor vehicle injuries. Afterwards, Jennifer began to specialize in mental health treatment, working with individuals with trauma-related disorders at the Vancouver Pain Clinic on a multi-disciplinary team, eventually becoming the Team Lead for mental health services. She has clinical experience working with mood and anxiety related disorders and substance use disorders. Jennifer has continued to pursue professional development training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Trauma, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness and Relaxation training. She is committed to evidence based treatment, previously having worked in research at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre focusing on assistive technology for older adults and those with spinal cord injuries, and separately within the Hearing Voices Groups (HVG) community in British Columbia. Jennifer is dedicated to providing client focused, compassionate care, and helping people pursue what is meaningful to them. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys travelling, hiking, working on her photography, and exploring new restaurants.

Taylor Kirkbride
Taylor completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at McMaster University and is a member in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Taylor has worked as a community-based occupational therapist in the Greater Vancouver area since 2020 and has gained experience supporting individuals with various conditions including chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury, and various mental health challenges. She has had a longstanding interest in mental health and is passionate about supporting those with trauma-related conditions including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), to restore their daily functioning and engage meaningfully in their valued activities. Taylor aims to work collaboratively with individuals to support them in taking an active role in managing their health and wellness. She has completed additional professional development in Prolonged Exposure therapy and is always striving to learn and better her practice so she can deliver the highest-quality service possible. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys working on her tennis skills, catching up with friends over a home-cooked meal, and travelling.

Miranda Lisowski
Miranda completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta. She is a registered occupational therapist of the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia, as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. After graduating with distinction from her Masters of Occupational Therapy, she gained three years experience working on the inpatient acute Psychiatric unit, complex medical detox unit, and psychiatric intensive care unit, in Edmonton’s largest inner-city hospital. She is well-versed in helping treat a broad range of severe mental illness; while helping clients navigate socioeconomical barriers, comorbidities, and complex trauma. Providing care to individuals with chronic pain, substance use disorders, severe and chronic mood and anxiety related disorders, brain injury, neurocognitive disorders, and physical dysfunction; she passionately dedicates her practice to promoting client’s hope for recovery. While helping treat trauma-related conditions including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorder, and acute stress disorder, Miranda felt pulled to specialize further into trauma focused treatment. Miranda has completed additional education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive rehabilitation, Addiction and Substance use Assessment and Treatment, and Solution Focused Therapy. While prioritizing compassionate, evidence-based treatment, she helps clients lean into their strengths and values to embody their purpose through meaningful activity.

Montana Bahen (she/her/hers)
Montana Bahen is an Occupational Therapist (OT) registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). She has worked for many years in mental health care providing comprehensive treatment to persons living with PTSD, mood, anxiety, depression, and substance-use disorders. Montana received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with distinction from the University of Victoria and received her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She is a clinical faculty member at the University of British Columbia and a research supervisor for a Capstone graduate research project on occupational therapy in PTSD treatment. She has completed ongoing education in Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure, Occupational Awareness Training through First Responder Health and the Indigenous Canada course .Furthermore, she is a certified Yoga for Trauma and Resilience instructor. Montana has presented on the occupational therapy role within PTSD and is published in the area. She is known for her vibrant energy and creative approach to occupational therapy work. In her free time, Montana enjoys spending time in the mountains either skiing, hiking, or mountain biking with her husband and she is reluctantly her cats second favorite person.
